Who are the three people you have to ask to compete in the pet show? I think I've asked everybody and only one person said yes. Is there someone I'm missing?

if you mean the one where u have to get things for Roxie than talk to Misty Waters, Luther Bigbucks, and some other dude. You can find him in the study place (you know the one in Urbania, where you can earn skill points) it's near the hospital. Talk to the man in the first row of chairs **** wake up and lend you a boat take it and explore (you have to go undersome arches) until you find the dancing nutrias (they look like gophers that pop up and down) walk up to one and put it in ur pocket. Hope this helps!!
