Where can I find the sim-eating cowplant?

I saw the sim-eating cowplant in a video for The Sims 2 University. I'm guessing, that you won't be able to get it until that expansion pack comes out and you'll have to buy the expansion pack to get it. Hope that's the sim-eating cowplant you're talking about. Good luck!
