If you put the stop aging cheat on your game will it totally mess up the game?

No. Well I didn't mess up the game for me.
A really good thing to do is to turn the aging off for a while so they get lots of money from going to work every day and then turn the aging on.

U don't have to stop aging to get money! Just type in the cheat : motherload u will then get 50,000 bucks!
