I found out the answer to this one as well and it is yes you can in university and you also can have mp3 and gameboys. post your comments if you want

u can only hav gameboys, mp3s and mobiles, not nintendo or ipods or playstations.

You can have the adult sim buy her young teen who is going to college a cell phone because I did that because those Uni phones are soo crowed at times!

you can only have cell phones in sims2, because if ur sim is a teenager and u send them to college they can go shopping and but a cell phone and other electronics,...u have to have the sims 2 univarsity though!!!
