i have the regular sims, HP, Vaca, unlesh, MM and i loaded deluxe and it will load and go back to windows

It might be because you has installed the Sims Packs in the wrong order and is not loading up correctly. It should see that the packs bee installed in the wrong order and ask you to update the packs, but in your case it seems not to be doing that

So you may have to reinstall the packs again, so this is the correct order The Sims Packs should be loaded.

The Sims - House Party - Hot date - Vacation - Sims Deluxe - Unleashed - SuperStar - Making Magic

You needs to uninstall Sims and all Packs first and then reinstall them all. So make those backup of custom objects and skins first if you wish to keep them. As well as House/Lots
