I'm having this same issue! I've been trying to install for almost 4 days! I've uninstalled and reinstalled and I've tried copying (cut & paste) the files from the instalation disc and still can't get it installed. It stops at 93%. Did you ever figure it out? If so could you please share the info with me?

I'm having this problem too, but as soon as you get over one error message (I've been updating drivers and got past some) another comes along. I can't think of anything else to try or update, i've been on the phone to EA games, and they can't either. So many people are blaming it on the disks, and mine are brand new, and copy to my computer, so they're fine. Any suggesstions on how to get it working? I can't return it as I got it BOGOF and the person with the other one still wants theirs =(
