How do I delete 5 Sims Lane, N'hood 1, Hot Date. It crashes when I try to bulldoze it.

On your hard drive, go to the C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\UserData\Houses folder.

5 Sim Lane is filename House05.iff. Delete it from there.

Then, most importantly, go to C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\TemplateUserData\Houses and copy (not move) the House05.iff back to the folder where you just deleted House05.iff from.

Doing all of this will, of course, delete everything on the lot, so it'll be empty again.
