(urbz gba)it says on one of the rep goals that i seriously have to annoy daddy bigbucks but i never get to talk to him in the game. what do i do?

Soon when Daddy B. is made to stay in his own land you can ride the fan boat there to it and talk there but he dissappears after a while....
