You must have the Expansion pack Superstar to get it.Also then you must call on the phone

The butler costs 500 simoleons a day. Also, if you don't have a maid and gardener, he hires them for you. I was playing and there was this message "Thank you, Alfred. A gardener will be over right away." And nobody in the house was named Alfred so I finally figured out that it was the stupid butler. The thing was that they didn't have any plants that needed to be watered!
