Is it safe to get a buttler if theya r magical sims?

Well considering how the option is available to you, it must be safe, yes? Otherwise it wouldn't be there.

If you're worried about the fine for casting in front of non-magical sims, it doesn't seem to be a problem if you do it in front of the hired help....

I have one. The Butler will not know whats going on. (espescially since you can't have a conversation with him.) I have one and he does not mind at all.

I think skeleton maids freak out butlers and normal maids, but I don't think just BEING magical is a problem--besides, what he doesn't know can't hurt him!

I had a family of three witches and they hired a butler but they fired him because he was calling a gardener to take care of nonexistent plants. He didn't care that they were witches, at least he didn't "what's this" the spell maker or faint when he saw magic going on.
