No, you can't. When you are creating a family you create very unique sims, but after that you can't change their face or skin, but you can change their hair, make-up, stubble, beard, and glasses using a mirror. Good luck and happy simming.

there is a way of doing this now if you have the sims university there is a career reward for a sertain job if you get so far in that career it is the showbuisness career but i think have to have the degree for to get the job and that means you have to go through college the majors that have the degree for the showbuisness career are psychology, drama, economics,literature and political science if you put the cursor over a major without clicking it will give you this infomation

Something like that. You can give old sims extra wrinkles by selecting the party-make-up option, you know, face-wide makeup like masks and stuff. And there you can get extra wrinkles. And of course anything else you've downloaded, which is often quite near plastic surgery.
