With a hack you can there is one at Mod the Sims or Various simmers I forget which
It allows you to have multiples

The hack is at Mod the Sims 2 and it allows you to choose the number of babies...the max number is 4.

A hack is a change to gameplay, at MTS@, type in quadruplets in the search thing, and you should find it...in my game it works just fine
