how can do you make hair longer or shorter, makeup, logos on shirts, and make other stuff like that?

You should have a program called sim BODYSHOP that came with the sims2, in that program you can change hair,makeup,clothes,skin to anyway you want, though if your new to it ,i suggest a tutorial first becuase it is confusing, and you'll also want a good paint program like adobe photoshop-

ok, ok, i no this one. adobe used to be free, but now isnt, so i suggest you get photofiltere, wich is the same, but free. with it, you can alter the shape, or, make hair longer/shorter. there is a very good toutorial on http://personal-computer-tutor.com/sims2/photoshoptute.htm any way, if you dont want to download anything, just follow the toutorial on this page up until it tells you to open the file in photoshop, in wich case you can just open it in paint and then copy and pase logos onto the clothes.m o, and if you use paint, dont open the alpha file, only the first file. i wish u luck!
