I have GBA - can I get to Moonbase Zeta? I see that there are items listed in my catalogue that are from there, so how do I get there?

This can only be reached by linking up with someone else, but there is apparently a cheat. I'v never tried this, but go to the phone box with a green meteorite your pocket. then you shoiuld see a thing which says phone home. I do't know which phone box this is though :/

Tried all the phoneboxes when i had a green nuclear rod in my pocket, but it didn't work. None of the phones said Call Home.

That cheat does work, but only for the ds.

When I tried the phone box at Sim Quarter with a meteorite in my pocket, it still didn't work. Besides, are there any people at moonbase Zeta?
