hey, i just got sims2 university. and on the back of the package it says there is a home plastic surgery kit. where do i get that?

The Plastic Surgery Kit is a career reward object, so go into the showbusiness career (a college only one I might add) and get to level 6 to unlock it.

your sim has to work for the show biz career to get that and has to be on a certain level or you can use the unlock career rewards and click on it
