Knowledge - Question
I keep getting the error "the sims has encountered an error and needs to close" when i reinstall. I've run sim eraser and it doesn't help. It worked fine before I uninstalled it. What can I do?

go to start then settings then control panel then add remove programs and see if it is still in there if it is uninstall it from there
