In The Sims 2, buildings will have three stories. In addition, there will be the ability to build a rooftop floor.

the plan of maxis is that you can build a basement first floor second floor and a attic such as in a real house the sims 2 wil be a real simulation of the real life

As far as I know, you can have a total of three floors. This can be a basement, first floor, and second floor. Or you can have a first floor, second floor, and attick/third floor.

if they have a basement they can have 4 additional stories above land. if they dont have a basement 5 plus an attic { i think}
