How does your sim get sick? What does a sick sim look like? Does it throw up or somthing? (well, i know pregnant sims r sick when they're pregnant, but that's normal until the sim gets her bump on her belly) thnx xxx

when your sim gets sick she throughs up. she looks normal and when sims are pregnant theres a bump on here belly and it gets bigger everyday, and when they have a baby it just pops out into the mothers hands.

It just thtoughs out, but if the sim don't get better in 10 days. **** die. The resilt is green ghost.

you can't actually tell if your sim is sick just by looking at it, but when they become sick a little window will pop up at the side of the screen saying (sims name) is sick with food poisoning/flu make sure they get a lot of rest. They will also throw up if you work them too hard.
