I made my own neighborhood on TS2U. After i edit lot on it, There's Burb and Oldie family on my Family Bin, and the empty house has plumb bob. There's a Lothario, Caliente, etc. I never put them in my neighborhood. Their photo also so wierd.

i think these familys automaticly show up for a new neighborhood. if you don't want them, just don't use em.
