What is the cheat that makes you be able to force neighbors and friends into your lot/house by clicking on the mailbox?All I know about the text of it is that it has "true" to turn that cheat on and "false" to turn it on.Tell me all info about it, please!

I think the cheat you are thinking of is boolprop testingCheatEnabled and then true to turn on as you said and false to turn off. I hope this is what you were looking for.
