Where can i find the booths or "kiosks" to get the cellphone's from??

well if you go to town or build a loacation there is this blue thing that sells cell phones and there are other stuff

Or you can do the cheat...... you press Ctrl+Shift+C press enter... then left click on the sim, go to more.... and it will have options give cellphone or give mp3 player!
