can u have an adult whos parents arent elders yet? if u cant can u speed up the growin fing

Yeah, you can adults whose parents are still adults. You can have the kids be elders and the parents be adults! That is if you don't play with the parent family any longer. You can speed up the birthdays, but only with a cheat that can mess up your game seriously.
