on da ts2 intro you see an old man in front of an airplane wathing it land. can you really have a plan come to your house?

Actually its a helicopter. And I think that if you are on a certain level of a certain career a helicopter takes you to work.

You need to be a CEO or business tycoon in the business career to get a helicopter.

yep it militery if you want to get there quickly do the bool prop cheat (boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true) and shift click on newspaper choose a job (adult jobs) then shift click again and choose a level (1- lowest 10- highest)
ps. the cheats case sensative
