Go to work until you make enough money, or sell stuff that you don't really need...I think that should do it.

I had the money, because I used a cheat to get everything free, then again I had it for game cube, the cheat was...at the main menu where you got the choice to free play, or get a life, you press L, and R, and enter freeall.Then buy the most expenive thing, then go back type freeall again, and go sell it all the objects you just bought. you can gain so much cash.
