i downloaded the mcdonalds food cart from www.thesims.uk.ea.com and used the add-on-handler (which works fine) to put it in the game, but no matter how many times i try, it doesnt appear in the game. why is this? anyone?

Try to use winzip... at winzip.com.. that works way better than the add-on-handler!
