you export them from your game. visit the official sims 2 website

start your game while on line go
to sims.com to famely exchange
open game and in the far coner you
will see a thing that looks like a mouse click on than hit your windows up botton this will close the game and bring you to your wed page than pick the family you want
to teleport thant click teleport family done
