I uninstalled the sims and all of the expansion packs because it was loading fine and before it went on the neighborhood the screen goes black and takes me back to desktop i tried reinstalling it and the same thing happened

Could be a faulty neighbourhood or a faulty download.

i mean the neighbourhood coz my dad wont let me download anything
