I heard you could get an item from the richies that fills all your motive bars. How do you get it??

You have to be a Richie to get it...
You get it from Luther though.

If youre not a richie you get it by getting 10 rep points with the richies and change to a richie, if you are, I think you need some of 6 to 9 rep points...
