I cannot get Ts2 to run. I had a brand new laptop and nothing was on it but still it is freezing on the starting screen? I am hopless with computers so please be easy with the explination!lolz troubled 13 yr old x

Maybe the laptop is faulty?
Just because it's brand new doesn't mean it actually works.

Hey that could be it, but before i got it my dad spent days checking it , nothing else has done this. Quite a few people have been having a similar problem, is there just no explination :P
