I really want to creat things

This is what I want to create:

skins- meshes, heads, ect.

objects- toys, dolls, beds, rugs, ect.

hacks- one i really want to make

But here is the problem. I am not old enough for a job to get money for photoshop and my parents do not like the idea of wasting 300 dollars on it. Can I DOWNLOAD a paint program that'll work (windows xp) I have regular paint will that work?

i have the transmorgifier thing but i cant create stuff on it.

and how do u make hacks? i cant use photoshop so is their something i can download for making that too?

With Transmogifier you clone an object and then work on the cloned object.

And you don't need Photoshop. Google some freeware graphics editors.

Hacks are a different kettle of fish. Google for Sims Hacks but they don't come easy and take a lot of time.

okay i found something called Ultimate Paint v. 1.91F the description is: Ultimate Paint is a full-featured 32-bit Windows graphics program for image creation, viewing and manipulation. The current version is the last freeware release. So you can use it for whatever you like. It supports JPEG, GIF, BMP, PCX, WMF/EMF, ICO (reading only) and IFF/LBM image formats and Twain compatible scanners. You can print your image, setting its size, position and orientation. It has a very flexible brush handling method which encourages creative drawing. It's similar to Deluxe Paint, if you're familiar with DP, you will love UP. Retouch and enhance photos using a comprehensive set of built-in tools and plug-ins; resize, rotate, flood fill, text operations and a lot more. Comes with dozens of cool plug-in filters. All pictures are handled 24 bit. Currently there are German and Hungarian modules in addition to the default English interface.

Try it.

You need some specific settings in your graphic editing program to be able to do it properly. How to do this in each program varies and not all can do it.

Google some existing tutorials first and work on cloned objects to start with.

Start small then work up. Don't try to run before you can walk.
