Could u make things with body shop like hair and stuff without photo shop?

yes easily just go on to accessories then paint not psp and carry on from there for help on how to make clothes etc check out this cool website!

I tried that but I still dont know how to do hair and things like that if you go to the sims 2 web site they have these different hair styles and clothes and i dont know how to make them

You don't need photoshop, but you need some kind of photo editor or art program. You can even use Microsoft Paint, that's what I use.
