Is there a way to fix that bug where your sim's picture shows up upside-down?

Try pressing ctrl + shift + c to open the cheat menu and type in move_objects on, then go into buy mode and delete the sim. This might help, if nothing else your sims mood is completely green. Remember to click on their picture once you get into live mode, though. Have fun and good luck.

That happened 2 me...I got this pic of a freaky guy by accidentally pressing bvn and Space when it was loadig and when i went on this house it closed so i had 2 evict + delete the family :( which was annoying because they were zoo keepers!
