I read that if u try and talk to her, she takes out her knitting and ignores you or gives u a long lecture. She tells u off 4 walking around in undies or swim wear (even if there's a pool on da lot)

Mrs Crumplebottom is the most HILLARIOUS old woman! She lectures your Sims and beats them up with her handbag!
You find her in community lots in downtown.

Whatever you dou, DON'T bite her, apparently the game coding treats her like an object, she is probably hilarious though, I haven't seen her.
