they're out now. look on the homepage under the News headline area (look at the 9/11/05) area. hope this helped

Use Gnome cheat first for all the cheats. Gnome cheat then set skill level by pushing( triangle circle square R2 left) after doing this you can do other cheats like

Fill all motives up circle up right L2
Unlock all objects (L2 circle down left up)
All fashion (square R2 down right square)
gives9,999 up to 999,999simoleons
R1 L1 R2 right left)
