I downloaded the "Bedtime Snoopy Pajama Collection" but all the show up as are regular clothes, is there anyway I can get my child sims to wear them as pajamas?

Make sure that the pajama files are ing the Game Data Skin folder. You should be able to have them change into them by clicking on the dresser. If that doesn't work take your sims on vacation and buy the pajamas there after that they will be the ones the kids will wear.
