How can i make a fat sim, fit??

you can meake them workout w/ the t.v and radio or buy and exersize machine

Actually working out will not affect your sim's body in any way. I have a fat sim policeman, he kept working out but he didn't lose any weight. In sims one, you're stuck with your original body type.
