Knowledge - Question

I have sims dd ed. I have installd in right order, disabled virtual drive, and chckd on another pc, i am running xp, but game will not play, tells me to reinsert cd and try again.

If you checked on another computer and it's doing the same thing, then it it probably the disk. Contact Maxis to be sure. I had that problem with Sim City 4 and I had to send it in and get a replacement disk.
