where can u get a dragon pet from and how much does it costs me ?

You get a dragon nest from Vicki Vampiress. I forget the cost but it's either 45 or 145 magicoins--no simoleons!

It also costs you the price of either dragon treats or a lot of plants, because they eat and they refuse to eat dog food, cat food, or human food.
