i casted 'the big qustion' spell but it reveresd to what can i do ?

I've been told that you can't cast it on another sim who holds a wand. Also, you have to cast it on them when they are completely happy.

i have done it with a person holds a wand only lovestruct back fires if the other person holds a wond u get struct by lightning u dont die
