Knowledge - Question

I have an installation problem. I get a pop-up window which says; "PLease Enter Disk #1", and that it. Even though disk #1 is in the DVD it still asks for Disk #1. I'm at a loss here, anyone??

Dont put it in the dvd slot put it in the other one!!
