Can you make a sim wings? I saw it on a sim video once and I need to know if i can make them.

if your talking about the video at the start of the game then no you cant that person was dead thats why he had wings.

On the FantaSim tales there is a Sim skin with wings on it, it is an angel and I also downloaded a couple of Fairy Skins off there. You must be able to make wings somehow because they did it!
