My Sim has a "Fear of Making an Arch Enemy." I have another Sim who just has a fear of "Making an Enemy." What's the difference between an arch enemy and a regular enemy?

with an enemy its like on just below like -40 with an arch enemy i think it gets to about -100

My Sim made an enemy. I thought it would be the exact converse of a friend, I mean you'd have to have -40 to be an enemy but you just have to have -10 or lower.
