i download a home and there is no
parents in the home just a little girl
and she cant cook ,cant pay bills

Get her grades to an A plus. Then every once in a while she'll get 100 dollars for good grades. She will then be able to order pizza and if you're lucky pay the bills, but you will have to use rosebud too.
