When the game says your adult Sim will become an Elder in 20 "days" what does that mean? Is it 20 Sim days in-game? It seems to be some longer time than a day on the Sim clock but less than 24 hours of real-time play.

This means that your elder will die in 20 "sim days" I dont know how long that is in our time Im afraid :)
