Knowledge - Question

Every time I download The Sims 2 RoboFileMaid 3000 and try to run it , it says terminate the program becus it failed to intailize properly. Wut im doing wrong?

can u say where u got this file? as if it does not initalise correctly, the file may b corrupted. so it can be useful to re download it
