when u start a family in create a family can u make baby's or do u have to get pregnat

You can make Toddlers,childern,teenagers,adults and seniors but not babies.

I'm not sure, but I think I've read that once you've created two parent Sims, you have an option of creating their baby as well. (Not positive, though)

Well i dunno but i think you either have to "play" or adopt when the social worker calls!

Okay you can only create, Toddlers, Kids, Teenagers, Adults, and Elders in Create A Sim. The infants MUST be adopted or born from one of the adults or elders.
