Where is the island of the dancing nutria?

Use the fan boat (it is found next to the appartment block down the stairs) and travel south, under both bridges and past the river boat. YOu will come to a small island with brown things dancing on it. Go up to one and 'put in pocket'. Then go back and give it to Roxie using the 'friendly stuff' function.
