I'm not sure how much it is, but you can buy it from one of the vendors in magic town. You buy the "dragon's nest" from the vendor, and then after you cradle, rotate, and put head phones on the egg, the dragon will hatch. Make sure to also buy dragon toy and dragon treats to appease the dragon. Make sure you have yellow or purple tulips planted outside so that the dragon can eat them, otherwise it will leave.

They are 49 magicoins from vicki vampiress, and they will eat wildflowers. To get a golden dragon (best behavied one) cuddle the egg 5times and then play music to it from the interactions menu and leave the headphones on untill it hatches.
