I own SuperDeluxe german Version of the Sims. I wanted to download some Families from the SimsExchange Site but i keep getting the message: "one Single byte languages can download from Sims Exchange....Download cancelled" How can i import Families?

I believe (but I'm not entirely sure) that the exchange only works for US versions of the game, not the European ones.
