I have been to gordie puck and gave him the map piece then he disappeared where is he cos i dont have many goals left?

Bring the map back to him(you have done that now) then talk to Detective Dan,

For completing this mission you gain the use of the fan boat and the
ability to run again without getting arrested. Go down the stairs in the
upper right part of glass town to get to it.

its next to the apartment, petrified wood can be find in the tunnel between jail and dark tree and in the bayou...
